History of CELET Company Ltd.

In May 2011 celebrated CELET Ltd. its eleventh Birthday. Ten years ago market share of assembled wooden houses was approximately 2%. At that time Czech customers preferred companies that have operated in the construction business over decades and were offering conventional technologies.

CELET Company Ltd. decided to use the opportunity while focusing on a niche in the market and launched a revolutionary technology of diffusively open systems (manufactured in the own factory in south-bohemian place Nová Včelnice). This decision escalated us technologically to the top of the wooden houses business!

Concentration on advanced and environmental-friendly solutions together with personal approach to our clients was right on target. CELET Ltd. became respected and successful player in the market of wooden buildings. At the very beginning of our existence we have built several houses. In the year 2010 we are have done already dozens of houses - and we are very proud of it.

It is said that "appetite grows with eating". We are healthy company, with experts in their areas having enough capacities in manufacturing and construction. In 2011 we continue doing what we have started with enthusiasm of all our employees and partners in the past years.

Our main target is breaking the convention that building a house does mean "one big problem". Our priority is to make the whole process as comfortable as possible for our clients.

We put emphasis on personal approach to our clients. Proper and "tailor made" design of the house including the right positioning on the land means nearly half of the success. This confirms our long-term statistics, which declared that 90% of our houses are individual solutions according to the client’s wishes. With a little exaggeration we can say that catalogue houses serve rather for having imagination about our prices. It is important to highlight that the major share of tailor made houses is thanks to our pricing policy as well. We do not put any surcharge to them in comparison to the catalogue houses.

Precise constructions including well done finishing work and respecting the time schedules will positively surprise you for sure.
